    Terms of Service

    Last updated: June 16, 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EZducate (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent, legal guardian, caregiver, educator, or licensed professional acting on behalf of the child whose information you enter. The Service is intended for use by adults; it is not directed to children, and children do not create their own accounts.

    2. Description of the Service

EZducate provides educational and organizational tools designed to support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related needs. Features may include visual schedules, social stories, flashcards, meal planning, behavior and progress tracking, and AI-assisted resources for parents, caregivers, educators, and therapists. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

    3. Not Medical, Clinical, or Professional Advice

EZducate is a decision-support and educational tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, behavioral, diagnostic, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified professional. Content generated by the Service — including AI-assisted assessments, plans, and reports — is intended to assist, not replace, the judgment of parents, caregivers, educators, and licensed clinicians.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health or education professional with any questions about a child's condition or care. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or generated on the Service. If you believe a child is in danger or experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

    4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security or safety risk.

    5. Consent and Child Information

By entering information about a child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained the verifiable consent of the parent or legal guardian, to provide that information and to use the Service in connection with that child. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having the authority to share it. Our handling of this information is described in the Privacy Policy.

    6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: (a) use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others' rights; (b) upload content that is infringing, harmful, or that you lack the right to share; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) use the Service to provide professional services to others without the appropriate licensure and authority to do so.

    7. AI Features and Third-Party Providers

Some features use third-party artificial-intelligence providers to generate text and images. To protect privacy, supported text workflows apply identifier-removal safeguards. Free text and media may still contain identifying information; see our Privacy Policy for limitations. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should always be reviewed by a responsible adult before use. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

    8. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

    9. Content and Ownership

Content you create or upload remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. The EZducate platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, remains our property and may not be copied or reused except as permitted by these Terms.

    10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

    11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZducate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

    12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms the next time you sign in. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

    13. Contact Us
