Do I need an account?
No. EZ Token Board never asks you to sign up, sign in, or share an email address. Your boards live on your device and keep working offline.
What does EZ Token Board Pro include?
Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks all Pro features and adds 200 AI credits to your balance each paid month (your balance can grow up to 600). Active Pro subscribers can also buy an optional one-time AI Credit Pack of 300 credits. The pack is only available to, and usable by, active Pro subscribers — buying a pack does not activate Pro on its own.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not by us. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my boards and credits if my subscription ends?
Your saved boards always keep working — nothing is deleted. AI features pause while Pro is inactive, and your unused credits stay on record and become usable again as soon as you reactivate Pro.
I reinstalled the app or got a new device. Where is my purchase?
Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro status and credit balance follow the purchase on your App Store or Google Play account — no login needed.
How do I exit Board Mode?
Board Mode locks the screen so a child can use the board without leaving it. To exit, press and hold both top corners of the screen at the same time for three seconds, then complete the caregiver check (or enter your local PIN) and choose Exit.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them. For the App Store, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use your order history at play.google.com. If you are stuck, email us and we will point you the right way.
What data does the app collect?
Boards and names you add stay on your device — they are never uploaded. When an adult uses an AI feature, only the text of that request is sent to generate the result. EZducate deletes raw AI request text and generated content within 24 hours; our AI provider's retention is described in the privacy policy. Optional, anonymous usage statistics are sent only if you turn them on.
